Donald A. Eisner, Ph.D. J.D. is a licensed Attorney and Forensic Psychologist. He received his undergraduate degree (B.A.) at Ohio University, and his Doctorate in Psychology at West Virginia University. He conducted Post-doctoral research while at the University of Southern California. His J.D. was earned at the University Of West Los Angeles School Of Law.

He is a Fellow of the American College of Forensic Psychology
Donald A. Eisner is a member of the California State Bar. Subsequently, Dr. Eisner obtained a State Certificate in mediation from California State University, Northridge.

At Alliant University, Dr. Eisner was a visiting Professor of Forensic Psychology where he taught psychopathology and law and ethics. Donald A. Eisner, Ph.D., J.D. is Dean of Eisner Institute for Professional Studies where he has taught Law and Ethics in Mental Health and Expert Witness Testimony.

Additionally, Dr. Eisner is a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) in the Workers Compensation area.
He has numerous conference presentations and publications on various medical/legal and forensic psychology issues.

Dr. Eisner has reviewed hundreds of psychological reports. Further, he has testified in State and Federal court on various mental health issues. He has served as an expert on standard of care issues to State agencies.

Donald A. Eisner, Ph.D., J.D. has ligation experience in medical and psychological malpractice and has represented professionals and businesses in disciplinary cases. In the Administrative law arena his representation included, psychologists, Registered, Registered Nurses, LVN’s, Social Workers, mental health professionals, adult residential facilities, auto repair shops and other retail enterprises.
